By accessing or using the URLHive.net website ("Service"), or any services provided by URLHive (including the API), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

URLHive provides URL shortening, link management, and analytics services. The Service allows users to transform long URLs into shortened links and track engagement metrics such as click counts, geographic location, and device types.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You are strictly prohibited from creating links that direct to:

  • Phishing or Scam Sites: Content intended to deceive users or steal credentials.
  • Malware: Sites containing viruses, trojans, or malicious software.
  • Illegal Content: Content promoting terrorism, hate speech, illegal drugs, or child exploitation.
  • Spam: Unsolicited commercial communications (SMS, Email) containing URLHive links.

Violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of your account and the disabling of all your links without notice.

4. API Usage

  • Access: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the URLHive API.
  • Rate Limiting: Abuse or excessively frequent requests to URLHive via the API may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your API access. URLHive determines "abuse" at its sole discretion.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your API Keys.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code related to the Service are the property of URLHive and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of the original URLs you submit.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. URLHive makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, stability, or uptime of the service. We do not guarantee that the links will exist in perpetuity.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, URLHive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your agreement to such changes.
